Volunteer / Auxiliary Info
We are proud to have one of the largest volunteer service organizations in Broward County. It’s made up of people from all walks of life – people just like you – that have come to realize the joy of helping others. From older adults to teen volunteers, everyone has an important role to play at Holy Cross Hospital.
What you like to do is important to us, that’s why we take time to discuss your individual interests, goals, likes and dislikes before placing you in a specific service area. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer and making your free time really count, please call our Volunteer Services Department at 954-776-3171 for an application.
The Holy Cross Hospital Auxiliary volunteers maintain the confidence and support of the people Holy Cross serves, as well as provide volunteer services in various departments and give financial support through fundraising activities. In 55 years, the Auxiliary has contributed over $13 million to the hospital, including $325,000 in 2011, for many worthy causes and projects within the hospital.

The General membership of the Auxiliary meets 4 times a year: January, March, May and September. Membership is $10 per year or $100 per lifetime. To become an Auxiliary member or for more information on the organization or their current projects, please call 954-776-3009. Office hours are Monday through Friday between 9am and 4pm.
